The Sociabo is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the AI project and disclaim any liability for errors or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Sociabo or your use of it. This includes any damages resulting from loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the Sociabo after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sociabo and/or Sociabo projects at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Casablanca, Morocco.
